There is a Fairfield Inn and Ramada Inn at the 110 Mt. Sterling exit  which is about 8 - 10 minutes from the Clay Center.  They are directly behind Cracker Barrel.

  I only contacted the two at Exit 19.  Their rates are normally $199.95 a night. This is a Holiday weekend for them too!   The rate for Passover for both hotels is $85.00 plus tax = $95.20 per night.  When making reservations at either of these just give the code name "Passover 2010". I am the contact person, if there is any question. There are cheaper places to stay but the quality and cleanliness is in question?
You can go online and find others the next exit up or down.
 
Quality Inn & Suites  - 276-676-9090  Cut-off date for reservations is Fri. March 26th.
 
Holiday Inn Express - 276-676-2829  Cut-off date is Wed. March 24th.
 
(Also, at this particular hotel you may also have to give the name "Bethel Schoolhouse Ministry"). 
Both places have a free breakfast, with microwaves and refr. in rooms.  These are double bed rooms.
